- Child profile information entered by a parent, such as a first name or nickname;
- Food exploration entries, comfort ratings, activities, notes, and progress;
- Purchase and subscription status from Apple, Google, or RevenueCat;
- Technical information such as app version, device type, crash logs, and diagnostics.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve CozyBites, save progress, process premium access, respond to support requests, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Children’s privacy
CozyBites is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly ask children to create independent accounts or provide contact information directly.
4. Purchases
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive full payment-card information. Subscription and entitlement status may be managed through RevenueCat.
5. Notifications
With permission, CozyBites may send notifications at times selected by the parent. Permissions can be changed in device settings.
6. Data sharing
We may share limited information with providers that help operate CozyBites. We do not sell personal information.
7. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary, unless a longer period is required by law.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Rights vary by location.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
